Brief course content
The Chemical Safety Management module includes advanced contents on industrial toxicology, intrusion mechanism, the process of toxic effects in industry, the effects of toxins on employees' health and providing principles and measures to prevent poisoning in chemical storage, transport and use
COURSE OBJECTTIVES (COs)
1/ Understand knowledge of industrial toxins, industrial poisoning and how to prevent it
2/ Demonstrate the ability to identify, analyze, evaluate, make decisions, and handle chemical safety issues scientifically and systematically
3/ Demonstrate thinking about how to identify toxins in industry, their effects on workers 'health, then propose appropriate solutions to prevent poisoning and protect employees' health.
4/ Understand the ethical values of careers and practical work; have proper attitude and behavior in their academic activities and professional careers in the future

LEARNING GUIDANCE
Class attendance: Students are strongly encouraged to attend class with at least 80%. Study seriously.
In-class Participation: Students are expected to attend all classes and examinations.
In-class participation includes attending lecture, discussing and answering questions, team working.
Homework: complete homework, reading notes in textbooks and references in the TDTU Library.
Examinations: includes 40% and 60%.
