Assignment Overview
This is a group assignment. Each group will write an analytical and reflective paper based on a real-life case of organizational change. The selected case must be related to your business major (e.g., marketing, HR, finance, logistics, etc.) and should involve a significant change such as digital transformation, restructuring, system implementation, or process redesign.
The purpose of this paper is to apply concepts learned throughout the course, especially:
- Change management models,
- Resistance to change,
- Leadership in change,
- The role of the change agent and the consulting process.
*The paper should be well-structured, evidence-based, and supported by visuals.
*Word count requirement: The paper should be approximately 3,000 words, with a ±20% tolerance (i.e., between 2,400 and 3,600 words), excluding references and visuals.
